Job summary

ADNOC Group, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced professional to lead multi-discipline planning for maintenance schemes and shutdowns. The role focuses on preparing comprehensive schedules, budgets, and coordination with various departments to ensure safe and efficient execution of complex projects.

Ideal candidates have 5-6 years of planning experience in oil/gas or petrochemical sectors, fluent English, and a solid background in managing large maintenance campaigns and ISO-compliant

Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience in multi-discipline planning of Engineering and Maintenance activities in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with shutdown planning and large-scale maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area.
• Prepare shutdown plans and work programs aligned with the Company’s business plan.
• Develop and monitor the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan including major maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate with planning, cost and commercial units to track durations, resources and materials.
• Monitor deviations from programs and advise on corrective actions.
