Job summary

GENESIS Executive Search is recruiting a Senior Machine Control and Machine Guidance Engineer in Dubai, UAE. The role leads a site team of engineers and technicians, installing and supporting machine control systems on heavy equipment, while ensuring safety and data accuracy.

Required is 3+ years in machine control/guidance, with GNSS, laser guidance, and 3D data experience. GCC project exposure and drone survey familiarity are preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installing, calibrating and supporting machine control/guidance on site.
• Knowledge of GNSS/RTK, laser guidance, machine sensors and 3D design data.
• GCC infrastructure, port, airport or oil & gas project exposure preferred.
• Drone pilot certification or drone survey experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field; automation or surveying cert is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and support machine control/guidance systems on excavators, dozers and graders.
• Set up GNSS base/rover and load 3D design data; verify accuracy.
• Troubleshoot hardware, sensor and software issues; coordinate repairs and parts.
• Train customer operators, survey teams, distributors and internal staff.
• Lead and mentor the field survey team; set priorities and allocate resources.
• Own standard procedures and drive service improvements (installation, calibration, drone ops, safety).
• Act as technical lead for key customers; support sales with demos and site trials.

A multinational free zone manufacturer of machinery is recruiting a Senior Machine Control and Machine Guidance Engineer having at least 3 years of experience in installing, calibrating and supporting machine control / guidance systems on site. You will leada site team (engineers, technicians, operators or surveyors). Knowledge of GNSS/RTK, laser guidance, machine sensors and 3D design data. Job Description

• Install, calibrate and support machine control / guidance systems (Komatsu iMC, Trimble, Topcon, Leica) on excavators, dozers and graders.


• Set up GNSS base / rover and site localization; load 3D design data and verify accuracy.


• Troubleshoot hardware, sensor and software issues; coordinate repairs and parts.


• Train customer operators, survey teams, distributors and internal staff.


• Lead and mentor the field survey team; set priorities and allocate resources.
