Job summary

Genesis Executive is seeking a Senior Machine Control and Guidance Engineer to lead a field team across UAE/GCC, installing and calibrating machine control systems on heavy equipment. You will load 3D design data, verify accuracy and train operators, survey teams and distributors while coordinating repairs and parts.

You will drive standard procedures, safety, and site operations, acting as technical lead for key customers and supporting sales with demos and site trials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installing, calibrating and supporting machine control/guidance on site.
• Experience with GNSS/RTK, laser guidance, and 3D design data.
• GCC infra, port, airport or oil & gas project experience preferred.
• GCAA drone pilot certification and drone survey experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and support machine control/guidance systems on excavators, dozers and graders.
• Set up GNSS base/rover and site localization; load 3D design data and verify accuracy.
• Troubleshoot hardware, sensor and software issues; coordinate repairs and parts.
• Train customer operators, survey teams, distributors and internal staff.
• Lead and mentor the field survey team; set priorities and allocate resources.
• Own standard procedures (installation, calibration, drone operation, safety) and drive service improvements.
• Act as technical lead for key customers; support sales with demos and site trials.

You will lead a site team (engineers, technicians, operators or surveyors). Knowledge of GNSS/RTK, laser guidance, machine sensors and 3D design data. Prior experience in GCC infrastructure, port, airport or oil & gas projects; and any GCAA drone pilot certification and drone survey experience is preferred but not essential.
