Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 administrator to manage and optimize the organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant. You will handle Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, and Entra Identity, ensuring security, compliance, and reliable operations.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication. You will work both in a team and independently to deliver scalable solutions and drive monthly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102).
8+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Bloom Microsoft 365 tenant and day-to-day admin tasks.
Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, and Entra Identity.
Manage user and computer identities, roles, and permissions using Azure AD and on-premises AD.
Configure and enforce MFA, SSO, and PIM security policies.
Provide end-user support for email and Office 365 issues.
Administer Microsoft Teams configuration, collaboration tools, and compliance.
Maintain security features across Microsoft 365 including MFA and Conditional Access.
Manage Intune for device enrollment, profiles, and compliance.
Plan and execute monthly patches, upgrades or changes for optimal performance.
Lead M365 migrations and tenant consolidation projects.
Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 capabilities.
