Job summary

Lazard is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate for its newly opened Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on origination, execution, and coverage across UAE and Middle East clients. The candidate must be based in the UAE and fluent in English, with Arabic a plus.

We value top-tier education, M&A background, and strong ability to produce clear client-facing materials, financial models, and market analyses. Proficiency with Bloomberg, FactSet and Dealogic is expected.

Qualifications

• Top-tier business or engineering school.
• Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Ability to produce/present technically written materials/client pitches.
• Excellent organizational skills; multi-task across projects.
• Proficiency with Office Suite and professional IB tools (Bloomberg/FactSet/Dealogic).
• Regional or UAE experience required.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics.
• Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models.
• Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on sectors and companies.
