Job summary

Lazard in Abu Dhabi seeks an analyst to support mergers and acquisitions, focusing on origination, execution, and sector coverage. You will prepare pitch materials, monitor investors and market dynamics, and contribute to rigorous analyses.

The role requires a top-tier background and UAE experience, with fluency in English (Arabic a plus). You will build financial models and deliver technically written client materials.

Qualifications

• Top-tier business or engineering school required.
• Ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Regional or UAE experience preferred.
