Job summary

Lazard, a leading global financial advisory and asset management firm, is seeking an Associate to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will build and run financial models, analyze information, conduct industry research and assist in client presentations while collaborating with senior bankers and clients on deal processes.

The role requires GCC experience, strong English communication, and a proven track record in investment banking or corporate finance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Investment Banking and/or Corporate M&A/ECM from a Tier 1 bank or financial adviser.
• Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Proven academic excellence and high degree of intellectual curiosity.
• A team player first mindset; ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Top performance with comfort operating in a demanding environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both to deal teams and external clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously.
• GCC experience is required.
• Fluency in English is a requirement, fluency in Arabic is a plus.
