Job summary

Lazard in Abu Dhabi seeks an Associate to join its investment banking team. The role focuses on building and running financial models, performing analyses, and supporting client presentations and deal processes in a high-intensity environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus, and GCC experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Tier 1 IB/M&A/ECM, with strong analytical, communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Investment Banking and/or Corporate M&A/ECM from a Tier 1 bank or financial adviser.
• Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Proven academic excellence and high degree of intellectual curiosity.
• A team player first mindset; ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• GCC experience is required; fluency in English is a requirement, Arabic is a plus.
