Job summary

HSBC in Dubai is seeking a seasoned events professional to lead end-to-end experiences for high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders across the UAE and Middle East. You will shape strategy, design and delivery, ensuring events reinforce HSBC’s premium brand.

You will manage vendors, budgets and governance, coordinate with marketing, and craft calendars and communications tied to business priorities. You’ll measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end event management experience, ideally in financial services or luxury client environments.
• Proven vendor management and budget control experience in UAE.
• Deep understanding of client engagement, brand experience and event strategy.
• Able to influence senior executives and manage stakeholders across a matrix.
• Capable of handling multiple complex projects with high quality and pace.
• Data-driven to measure ROI and translate insights into improvements.
• Comfortable working autonomously with changing priorities and governance.
• Embed risk awareness by considering legal/regulatory requirements with Compliance early.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy, design end-to-end delivery for high-profile clients and staff events across the UAE and Middle East.
• Oversee event execution from concept development and storytelling through to venue selection, branding and luxury hospitality.
• Manage vendor sourcing and third-party agencies across creative, experiential, hospitality and logistics delivery.
• Control budgets and governance, keeping appropriate records and ensuring effective oversight throughout delivery.
• Build event experiences tailored to high-net-worth clients, partners and internal audiences to strengthen relationships and brand positioning.
• Partner with business and marketing stakeholders to align event objectives with growth goals and engagement priorities.
• Create integrated event calendars and communications plans aligned to key business priorities and major moments.
• Measure post-event impact and ROI, using insights and feedback to continuously improve future experiences.
