Fireflies, a Dubai-based creative agency, is seeking a Dubai-based Account Manager on a project basis to lead premium client relationships from brief to delivery. You will act as the main link between clients and internal teams, coordinating with creative, social, content, influencer and production teams, while managing timelines, feedback, approvals and delivery.

We work with leading brands across fashion, beauty, retail, hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment.

We are looking for a Dubai-based Account Manager to join us on a project basis, with strong experience managing luxury and premium clients.

The role

This is a hands-on, project-based account management role focused on managing premium client relationships and ensuring smooth delivery from brief to execution.

You will act as the main link between the client and internal teams, managing communication, timelines, feedback, approvals and delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day communication with luxury and premium clients
• Lead client calls, meetings and status updates
• Translate client briefs into clear internal actions
• Coordinate with creative, social, content, influencer and production teams
• Manage timelines, feedback, approvals and deliverables
• Keep projects moving and proactively follow up on outstanding actions
• Maintain project trackers and status updates
• Flag risks, delays or scope changes early
• Support proposals, presentations and account growth where relevant

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of agency account management or client servicing experience
• Previous experience managing luxury, premium or high-end brands
• Dubai-based and available for client meetings when required
• Comfortable working on a project-based engagement
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong follow-up
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards

Experience with luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty, automotive, real estate, retail, lifestyle or events is highly relevant.

We are looking for someone who understands the level of service, attention to detail and responsiveness expected by luxury clients and can take ownership of projects from brief through final delivery.
