Responsibilities

• Formulate emergency response plans and establish response teams and safety committees.
• Maintain on-site safety equipment and surveillance systems.
• Collect national/state safety laws and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with fire departments and police for emergencies.
• Assess operational risks and support sustainable business development.
• Manage safety for the self-operated transport fleet and drivers.
• Oversee last-mile delivery safety to reduce accidents and losses.
