St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a proactive Loss Prevention & Security professional to patrol the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access. The role involves emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key control audits while monitoring CCTV and alarm systems.

You'll also train and coach team members, follow company policies, and uphold service standards. UAE national candidates are required for this position, located at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• UAE national is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access; monitor CCTV and alarms.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies; document and report incidents; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide coaching and support to staff; enforce quality standards and safety procedures.
