Job summary

JD.com is hiring a Safety Manager for its UAE operations in Dubai. You will design and enforce a comprehensive safety management system, drive loss prevention, and coordinate emergency response plans. Qualifications

• Background in safety management, loss prevention, risk management, inspection, or related fields.
• Five years in chain retail or e-commerce, with at least three years in team management.
• Honest, proactive, able to work under pressure; familiar with local laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update safety management systems in line with local laws and company policies.
• Lead loss-prevention initiatives to protect assets and manage investigations and audits.
• Investigate abnormal incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain on-site safety equipment and surveillance systems.
• Coordinate with government agencies and emergency services as needed.
• Oversee safety for self-operated transport and last-mile delivery operations.
