Job summary

Fisher in Dubai is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee order fulfillment and transportation cycles, ensuring timely delivery to end-users in the Middle East and Africa. You will coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders, handle import/export documents, and optimize clearance in Jebel Ali and GCC countries.

The role requires a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, 5+ years in a similar role, and strong numerical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics management.
• Experience with shipping documents and JAFZA ISO/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment and transport cycle to ensure on-time delivery.
• Streamline shipping and transportation processes for efficiency.
• Understand logistics procedures for materials entering/exiting Jebel Ali.
• Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to smooth operations.
• Handle shipping documents for shipments from Far East & Europe to MEA.
• Oversee shipment clearance in Jebel Ali and GCC countries.
• Arrange transportation and coordinate delivery with freight forwarders and customers.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers to secure profitable deals.
• Plan and track shipment of final products per customer requirements.
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and orders (WMS).
• Prepare detailed reports for upper management.
