Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI seeks a Logistics Coordinator to plan and manage site logistics for high-rise construction in Dubai. Coordinate material deliveries and supervise loading, unloading and storage of materials to ensure timely availability.

You will liaise with procurement, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers, monitor on-site inventory, implement logistics plans, ensure safety compliance, and optimize equipment and transport resources. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction logistics.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Civil Engineering.
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage site logistics operations for high-rise construction projects.
• Coordinate material delivery schedules to ensure timely availability.
• Supervise loading, unloading and storage of construction materials.
• Ensure proper site access, traffic management and crane/lifting coordination.
• Liaise with procurement, project team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and control inventory and stock levels on-site.
• Implement logistics plans, site layout and material flow strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Optimize use of equipment, manpower and transport resources.
• Maintain records of deliveries, dispatches and logistics reports.
• Resolve logistics-related issues or delays promptly.
