Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate all logistics activities for construction projects in Dubai. You will ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower, and support smooth project execution while complying with company procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, logistics, or supply chain).
• 3–7 years of logistics coordination experience in construction or contracting.
• Experience supporting large-scale building, infrastructure, or MEP projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, site operations, and project logistics processes.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and transport companies.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/project tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics planning, including material deliveries and transportation.
• Manage movement and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment between suppliers, warehouses, and sites.
• Coordinate with procurement, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely materials.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues affecting project progress.
• Maintain records of deliveries, inventory movement, and logistics documentation.
• Support site teams with manpower mobilization, equipment allocation, and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, tracking sheets, and updates for project management.
• Coordinate with authorities and consultants for site access and delivery approvals when required.

• Manage the movement and tracking of construction materials, tools, and equipment between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites.
• Coordinate with procurement, project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues affecting project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory movement, and logistics documentation.
• Support site teams with manpower mobilization, equipment allocation, and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site logistics procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, tracking sheets, and updates for project management.
• Coordinate with local authorities and consultants for site access, permits, and delivery approvals when required.

Requirements:
