Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. seeks a Senior Litigation Counsel with IT/fintech/banking sector experience to lead international and domestic litigation and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires handling cases end-to-end, including research, drafting, discovery, and trial prep, while coordinating with local counsel. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in litigation, a law degree with active bar admission, and fluency in Russian and English, with strong civil procedure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation/dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT/fintech).
• Law degree and active admission to practice.
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.
• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs.

Job description

We are looking for aSenior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT / Fintech / bankingfor the legal team.
Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.);

• Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel;
• Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.

• 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech);
• Law degree and active admission to practice;
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken;
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules;
• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills;
• Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs;
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  

Nice to have: strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it), commercial litigation, ADR experience; flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel.
