Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to lead multi‑jurisdictional disputes, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery matters. You will oversee all stages of litigation with minimal supervision and coordinate with local counsel.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor from a recognised law school, a valid license to practice law, and 7–10 years of hands‑on litigation or dispute resolution experience.

• Prepareandsubmitlegalfilings(pleadings,motions,etc.)acrosskeyjurisdictions(UAE,UK,EU,HK)
• Overseeallstagesoflitigation— fromdiscoveryanddepositionstotrialpreparation— withminimalsupervision
• Coordinatewithlocallegaladvisorstoensureseamlesscaseexecution
• Conductin‑depthlegalresearchtoshapestrategiccaseapproaches
