Job summary
MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. seeks a Senior Litigation Counsel with IT/fintech/banking sector experience to lead international and domestic litigation and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.
The role requires handling cases end-to-end, including research, drafting, discovery, and trial prep, while coordinating with local counsel. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in litigation, a law degree with active bar admission, and fluency in Russian and English, with strong civil procedure
Qualifications
- 7+ years of litigation/dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT/fintech).
- Law degree and active admission to practice.
- Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.
- Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
- Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.).
- Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel.
- Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.
