With 5+ years post-qualification experience, you will drive case strategy, draft core pleadings in Arabic, manage experts, and advise clients throughout the lifecycle of commercial disputes, including enforcement and reporting to international clients.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree and valid UAE practising license.
• 5+ years post-qualification litigation experience in UAE onshore.
• Fluent Arabic with proven Arabic legal drafting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Transactions Law, Civil Procedure Law, Law of Evidence, and Commercial Transactions Law.
• Experience handling onshore matters end-to-end, with limited supervision.
• English proficiency for client-facing work and international reporting.

Aufgaben

• Run commercial and civil disputes from filing to enforcement.
• Draft Arabic pleadings and memoranda; ensure high-quality Arabic drafting.
• Develop case strategy and instruct advocates on evidence.
• Manage expert witnesses and submission of reports.
• Advise clients on outcomes, costs, and settlements.
• Oversee enforcement of judgments and foreign awards.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
