Job summary

J10 Consulting FZ LLE is seeking an experienced LEEA Certified Lifting Supervisor to join our client in Dubai on a data centre and infrastructure project. Immediate joining on a 6-month contract basis via J10 Consulting.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid LEEA Lifting Supervisor qualification, have 5+ years lifting and rigging experience (3+ in supervision), and possess UAE project experience. Strong leadership and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid LEEA Lifting Supervisor qualification from a recognized training provider.
• Minimum 5 years lifting and rigging experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role on construction, utilities, infrastructure, industrial or substation projects.
• Dubai/UAE project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, controlled and compliant lifting operations at project sites according to lifting plans, risk assessments, permits and manufacturer instructions.
• Lead lifting team at the workface and stop unsafe lifts or deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate cranes operators, riggers, signalers, banksmen, equipment providers, construction teams and HSE personnel.
