Qualifications

• Law degree and 6+ years in a multinational corporation.
• Strong background in contract law, compliance frameworks, and data privacy regulations.
• Proficiency in managing external counsel, litigation, and arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements (customer, supplier, tenders).
• Provide legal advice on governance, HR, and procurement matters.
• Implement and monitor regulatory frameworks and risk assessments.
• Oversee data privacy responsibilities as Data Privacy Officer and handle data subject requests.
• Coordinate with regulators to align with global privacy guidelines.
