Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience in the banking/financial services sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, DIFC DP Law and ADGM DP Regulations.
• CIPP/E, CIPM or CIPT certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data privacy risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal data privacy policies, standards, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regional and international data protection laws (GDPR, DIFC, ADGM, local banking rules).
• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor privacy performance, incidents, and risk indicators.
• Prepare reports and present insights to senior management and regulators.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance and Risk to embed privacy best practices across the business.

The manager will also create dashboards and reports to monitor privacy metrics, highlight risks, and support executive decision-making.

• Experience in creating privacy dashboards and reporting tools for management oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT are highly desirable.
