Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Data Protection professional to design and implement policies conforming to GDPR, CCPA and related regulations, ensuring DPIAs are conducted for new projects and data processing. The role also requires managing DSAR responses and leading data breach incident response activities.

The candidate should hold a Law degree, have 1–3 years of data protection law experience, and complete CIPPE/E from IAPP.org, with strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• 1–3 years experience in Data Protection law implementations.
• CIPPE/E completion from IAPP.org.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with GDPR CCPA and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify and mitigate risks associated with new projects and data processing activities.
• Manage and maintain the data subject access request (DSAR) process ensuring timely and accurate responses to individuals exercising their rights.
• Oversee data breach incident response including investigation containment notification and remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Law
• Experience of atleast around 1 year of Data Protection law implementations and not more than 3 years
• Completion of CIPPE/E from IAPPorg

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to draft relevant data protection clauses in Legal agreements
