Net2Source Inc. is seeking a seasoned Legal Affairs General Counsel to lead its legal department in Abu Dhabi. You will provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership, oversee governance, risk and compliance, and ensure adherence to UAE laws.

Key duties include drafting and reviewing complex contracts, managing disputes with external counsel, and conducting risk assessments while promoting legal awareness across all departments. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Counsel role.
• Professional UAE legal qualification preferred.
• Experience in government, public sector or large organizations.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
