About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing cycle — from lead generation through to contract signing and site handover. The role is responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue through competitive pricing, pipeline management, and effective renewals, while ensuring tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Primarily office-based (60%+) with regular field visits (up to 40%). Requires internal coordination with the division manager, colleagues, and relevant organizational units, as well as external coordination with consultants and contractors. No supervisory responsibilities. Reports directly to the Head of Markets Policy & Development Division. Vehicle and mobile phone allowances provided subject to applicable HR policies.
