Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall productivity, quality, and safety.
• Design layouts for production lines, considering space utilization, material flow, and ergonomics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or technologies.
• Train employees on new procedures or equipment to ensure smooth implementation.
