Job summary

TRANS SKILLS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to lead LEAN deployment and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

The role includes BOM/routing costing in Oracle, creating work instructions, cycle time studies, Kaizen events, and lean training for both blue- and white-collar teams. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Production).
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Industrial/manufacturing Engineer.
• Experience in Lean and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead LEAN deployment in the plant to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Create BOM, routing, and costing analyses in Oracle.
• Develop manufacturing work instructions and lead product development.
• Conduct cycle time studies and Kaizen events to meet takt time.
• Coach on 5S, automation, safety and quality improvements.
