Job summary

Raffles Dubai, part of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Head Waitress for Raffles Salon to uphold luxury service and guest satisfaction. You will lead service, supervise staff, and ensure impeccable standards under the Outlet Supervisor's guidance.

The role requires excellent English, 2+ years in luxury hotels (1+ year in a 5-star setting), and familiarity with Micros and Opera systems. Join us for a premium hospitality experience in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years hotel experience with at least 1 year in a 5-star luxury operation.
• Knowledgeable on Micros and Opera systems and cashiering processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask and up-sell.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the LQA service standards for the Outlet.
• Acknowledge VIP arrivals and communicate delays to ensure attentiveness.
• Describe specials and cuisine and present children’s menus when appropriate.
• Serve and clear items professionally using proper service ware.
• Operate the POS system, print checks and close checks accurately.
• Maintain a clean, neat restaurant and ensure stock is replenished.
