Zusammenfassung

Asico in Dubai seeks a Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial side of landscaping projects, pricing tenders, and producing accurate payment applications for hardscape and softscape work. You will protect margins by precise bid pricing and ensure timely payments to subs and suppliers.

The role requires UAE experience (3+ years) on external works, budgeting, cost control, and a strong knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and local VAT rules. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–8 years as a QS, with at least 3 years in UAE, ideally landscaping/external works.
• Proven record pricing landscape tenders and preparing monthly payment applications and certificates.
• Knowledge of UAE market rates for hardscape, softscape, irrigation and plant sourcing.
• RICS membership or progression toward is preferred, UAE driving license is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead tender pricing, bid build-up and commercial submissions for each project.
• Prepare interim and final payment applications and certificates to clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain cost control budgets, variations, and final accounts with monthly reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontract packages and long-lead items with site team.
• Maintain contract records, reports and documentation supporting payments and claims.
