Job summary

Careers International is seeking a Project Management & Planning lead for landscape projects in the UAE. You will develop plans, manage budgets, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and supervise site teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires 5+ years in landscape project management in GCC, a Civil Eng or Landscape Arch degree, and UAE driving license. Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of landscape project management experience in GCC.
• Experience managing large-scale landscape projects from conception to completion.
• Proficient with project management tools and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• UAE driving license required.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor financials to stay within budget and scope.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory permits.
• Prepare two-week schedules and monthly progress reports.
• Lead weekly site meetings and resource planning.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and procurement needs.
