Job summary

Future Tense HR is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead villa landscaping projects in the UAE. You will oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring design specs and client requirements are met.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field, 5–7 years of progressive PM experience, and a valid driving license with own car. You will coordinate with architects, designers, and clients, manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in landscape construction project management.
• Demonstrated experience with villa and landscaping projects.
• Valid driving license.
• Own car – mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end landscape construction projects ensuring design and client specification adherence.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely completion.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, and clients to translate concepts into buildable plans.
• Procure and manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors; negotiate contracts and ensure quality.
