Job summary

Khatib & Alami in Dubai is seeking an experienced Landscape Inspector to join our supervision team on infrastructure projects. The role requires hands-on site supervision of hardscape and softscape works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of landscape inspection experience on Dubai infrastructure projects, consultant-side supervision experience, and strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.
• 8+ years of landscape inspection experience on Dubai infrastructure projects.
• Consultant-side supervision experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect landscape works across roads, streetscapes, parks, public realm, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor hardscape works including paving, kerbstones, retaining walls, street furniture, and decorative finishes.
• Inspect softscape works including tree planting, shrubs, turfing, soil preparation, and irrigation.
• Verify materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Witness inspections, tests, and mock-ups, and raise NCRs where required.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with HSE and authority standards.
