Job summary

KEO Group is seeking a Landscape Inspector for our Dubai, United Arab Emirates project. The role focuses on on-site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring of landscape works to meet project specifications and standards.

Key duties include supervising landscape construction activities, reviewing submittals and drawings, and coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant work experience in civil/landscape projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all landscape construction activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and related civil works.
• Ensure landscaping work complies with drawings, specs, local authorities and industry standards.
• Monitor contractors’ progress and performance for quality and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports for landscape elements.
• Review contractors’ method statements, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with other inspectors, engineers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and non-conformances.
• Assist Resident Engineer in monitoring progress and resolving site issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Inspector to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring of landscape works, ensuring alignment with project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Supervise and inspect all landscape construction activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and associated civil works.
• Ensure that all landscaping work is carried out in compliance with the approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor contractors’ progress and performance, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of activities.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports for landscape-related elements.
• Review and comment on contractors’ method statements, materials submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with other site inspectors, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any non-conformances identified.
• Assist the Resident Engineer / Landscape Engineer in monitoring the progress of landscaping works and resolving site issues.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.

Qualifications
