Job summary

Secret Gardens LLC is seeking a Landscape/Architect Designer to create and oversee 3D landscape designs and manage clients through sales, design, and construction stages.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture with 2+ years in UAE, fluency in Arabic and English, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop. Commission-based earning is offered alongside a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of UAE experience in landscaping/architecture.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual proposals for landscaping projects.
• Prepare and present landscaping proposals including 2D designs, 3D renders, and CAD drawings.
• Review detailed plans and construction drawings using CAD.
• Present proposals to clients and manage design/construction negotiations.
• Ensure deadlines are met and align with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead material selection for projects and stay updated on market trends.
• Coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers and prepare project estimates.
