Job summary

Kling Consult International GmbH and Co KG - Dubai Branch is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join the on-site supervision team for a prestigious villa development in Dubai, UAE. The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years total experience in landscape architecture, with at least 10 years in Dubai, and 5 years on villa or large-scale projects.

Excellent site supervision and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience in landscape architecture.
• At least 10 years of experience in Dubai with local authorities and practices.
• Minimum 5 years on villa, residential community, or large-scale public realm projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor landscape works on site, ensuring alignment with designs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve landscape-related issues.
• Review and approve landscape shop drawings, submittals, and mock-ups.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, deviations or non-compliances.
• Monitor softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and exterior furniture installations.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and handover of landscape areas.
