Job summary

LA Vita Landscaping & Pools seeks a Senior Landscape Architect to lead design, planning and execution of residential and commercial projects in the UAE. You will blend creative design with technical leadership, mentor staff, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include managing feasibility through construction, presenting concepts to clients, and contributing to business development while maintaining high design standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 6 to 8 years of professional experience with a proven portfolio of built or advanced stage projects.
• Strong proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, rendering software, and standard design tools.
• Solid understanding of planting design, construction materials, grading etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design, detailed design, and documentation of landscape projects for public and private clients.
• Prepare site analysis, master plans, planting plans, grading and drainage drawings, and construction details.
• Manage projects from early feasibility through construction completion. This includes scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct site visits, assess existing conditions, and provide clear direction during construction administration.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and environmental consultants to align landscape solutions with broader project goals.
• Present design concepts and technical information to clients, municipalities, and community groups.
• Guide and mentor junior landscape architects and technicians.
• Oversee the preparation of tender documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development when appropriate.
