Peergrowth Consultancy Co. is seeking a Land Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to lead surveying and geospatial control activities on construction sites across the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes setting-out accuracy, verification of IFC drawings, and as-built documentation preparation for final handover and authority approvals. Requires 5+ years in surveying with UAE experience and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Land Surveyor, including 3 years in the UAE.
• Experience with general contractors on building/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of GPS/GNSS systems and surveying techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Ability to read technical drawings and MEP shop drawings.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control points for projects.
• Perform setting-out for civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Prepare as-built survey data and coordinate with QA/QC and drafting teams.
