AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveyor to lead surveying efforts for building construction projects in Abu Dhabi. You will perform precise site measurements, prepare maps, and manage data with CAD tools and Trimble/Leica systems.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a qualification in Land Surveying, and strong collaboration with architects and engineers to ensure project accuracy and compliance with UAE codes. On-site work with robust equipment calibration is expected.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional land surveying experience.
• Diploma or degree in Land Surveying.
• Proficient with CAD and surveying software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys and site measurements using theodolites, GPS/GNSS, total stations, and laser levels.
• Create accurate site maps, boundary determinations, and elevation measurements from survey data.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and CAD-based documentation.
• Establish control points and coordinate systems for site layouts.
• Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment with project specs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Document findings and keep organized site data records.
• Perform quality control checks on survey data before implementation.
