Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for a major infrastructure assignment in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role involves conducting field surveys, geodetic calculations, setting-out, and maintaining survey records to support infrastructure, roads and utilities projects.

The candidate will review drawings, verify site measurements, perform level checks and identify utility locations to protect underground services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure, roads and utilities projects.
• Practical proficiency with surveying equipment and CAD/survey software.

Responsibilities

• Perform land and field surveys for infrastructure, roads and utilities construction activities.
• Review engineering drawings and project documents before surveying work.
• Carry out geodetic calculations and verify field measurements.
• Coordinate field surveying with construction personnel and manage setting-out.
• Maintain accurate surveying records and prepare field sketches and as-built documentation.
• Interface with clients and contractors to identify surveying requirements.
