Work standard invites applications for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our Abu Dhabi team. This full‑time role focuses on accurately measuring land, preparing maps and documents for legal and planning use, and supporting project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, has 5+ years in the field, is proficient with survey equipment and AutoCAD, and communicates clearly with clients, colleagues, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a land surveyor.
• Proficiency with survey equipment and measurement techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; teamwork and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys to measure properties and create maps and legal descriptions.
• Utilize survey equipment to obtain precise measurements.
• Inspect sites to ensure accuracy of data and descriptions.
• Analyze data from aerial photos and coordinates to define property boundaries.
• Prepare sketches, maps, and reports for clients or records.
• Assist in researching deeds and titles related to land boundaries.
