Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other computer programs.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working on projects in Abu-Dhabi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, and laser scanners.
• Analyze survey data to create maps, reports, and drawings.
• Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with survey plans.
