IDC Technologies, Inc. in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced L3 Technical Support Engineer specializing in digital identity and API integration.

You will own high-severity escalations, design and implement REST APIs, and manage OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML authentication flows to ensure system availability and security. The role requires 7+ years of enterprise IT experience, on-site work in Dubai, and strong communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive professional experience in L3 technical support, software engineering, or enterprise API integration.
• Hands-on expertise in REST API development, testing, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in enterprise authentication standards: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
• Experience with UAE PASS digital identity integrations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, RCA, and incident management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with stakeholder presentation abilities.
• Legal work eligibility in UAE with on-site availability in Dubai; 30 days notice maximum.

Mansioni

• Provide expert L3 technical support and incident resolution for complex distributed applications and APIs.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate robust REST APIs across microservices.
• Administer and troubleshoot IAM protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Implement and optimize digital identity solutions, with UAE PASS experience preferred.
• Perform RCA, log analysis, and performance tuning for high-traffic environments.
• Collaborate with software, DevOps, and clients to resolve blockers.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, API guides, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, data privacy, and SLAs.
