Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks an experienced KYC & Onboarding professional to manage the New to Bank onboarding process, perform due diligence, and ensure timely client onboarding in line with regulatory requirements. You will review AML/KYC forms, perform name screening, and liaise with stakeholders for data needs.

The role requires strong experience in a global regulatory environment, familiarity with UAE regulations, and proactive data management to support approvals and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable international bank.
• Experience in Onboarding, KYC or Compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Familiarity with financial institution KYC requirements and client structures.
• Proactive, able to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage KYC and Onboarding process for New to Bank Client Onboarding with periodic reviews.
• Ensure onboarding timelines are met.
• Verify account opening forms and Swift messages have been completed and verified.
• Conduct name screening, due diligence and adverse media checks.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on key KYC information and data requirements.
