Job summary

Kerzner International's Atlantis The Royal property is seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician to inspect, maintain, and service a wide range of commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment across the resort. The role requires hands-on maintenance, preventive work, and adherence to safety standards to ensure uninterrupted operations and guest satisfaction.

You will perform electrical and gas-related tasks, read wiring diagrams, and collaborate with the supervision team.

Qualifications

• Maintain, modify, troubleshoot and repair a large inventory of electric and gas kitchen equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and manuals for kitchen and refrigeration systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and calibrate tools and equipment per manufacturer/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, perform work and preventive maintenance on kitchen facilities and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
• Educate and train others as needed.
