Job summary

Gardinia Contracting, the on-site specialist behind Azizi Developments, seeks a Foreman – Jumpform to supervise electrical climbing formwork systems and related operations in Dubai. You will lead the crew, enforce safety, and ensure alignment with drawings and procedures.

The role requires 10+ years in formwork, reading structural drawings, and proficiency with PERI/Doka systems, flexible hours, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant formwork experience.
Ability to read and understand structural, architectural, and temporary works drawings.
Knowledge of conventional and modular formwork systems.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Willingness to work flexible hours based on pours and climbing cycles.
Driving license as per company requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise the operation of automatic climbing formwork systems and hydraulic/crane-supported climbing systems.
Assign trained personnel and control access to climbing systems and controls.
Ensure anchors, cones, and embedded items are correctly installed at locations.
Verify concrete-strength approval before loading the climbing system.
Inspect rails, platforms, drives, and edge protection before each climb.
Check control panels, motors, sensors, alarms, and emergency-stop functions.
Complete pre-climb checklists, permits, and authorizations before each cycle.
Coordinate scheduling, loads, and safe transfer during climbing operations.
Maintain synchronized movement and monitor alignment and safety.
