Qualifications

• Five years of experience in joinery, carpentry or woodworking.
• Proven experience leading a team or supervising a workshop.
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, tools and joinery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery workshop activities.
• Prepare cutting lists and material requirements for each project.
• Read and follow technical drawings and cutting schedules.
• Ensure high-quality finishing and attention to detail.
• Manage team schedules and assign tasks.
• Monitor materials, tools and inventory.
