Job summary

Spring Tech in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to lead on-site joinery work across multiple projects, including new developments and refurbishments. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure adherence to design specifications, and maintain strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read technical drawings, excellent communication, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience as Joinery Site Supervisor or similar in construction.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and factory managers to resolve changes in project scope.
• Maintain project documentation including daily logs, progress reports and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Provide training and support to junior staff and new hires.
