Job summary

Bourn Hall Al Ain in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Embryologist to lead advanced embryology and andrology procedures within the IVF laboratory. You will supervise the embryology team, work with clinicians to optimise patient outcomes, and drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across services.

The role requires a Master’s in Embryology or Reproductive Sciences and a DHA/DOH/MOH Embryologist licence, with a minimum of five years’ IVF lab experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Embryology or Reproductive Sciences is required.
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOH Embryologist licence is essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ IVF lab experience with core embryology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced embryology and andrology procedures: ICSI, embryo culture, transfer, biopsy, cryopreservation and gamete handling.
• Ensure efficient lab operations, equipment management, safety and quality control.
• Maintain high standards of QA, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance, training, supervision and mentorship to staff.
• Collaborate with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams across patient cycles.
• Contribute to research and development of improved lab techniques.
