Qualifications

• Degree or Honours in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years working in related IT engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT solutions that meet customer requirements and align with corporate standards.
• Ensure architectures meet service levels for availability, capacity, continuity, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to monitor and configure level 1–2 incidents within EMS.
• Own and manage changes within the technology area and publish high-quality documentation.
